FIRST there were the rumours. Then there were pictures.

Now conspiracy theorists who claim Michael Jackson is still alive have a video allegedly showing the King of Pop not dead.

The video shows a man who is claimed to be Michael Jackson jumping out of a coroner’s van after his death.

According to the LiveLeak post: "I checked the license plate number and it looks like the King of Pop is jumping out of the same van, his dead body has been in.”

The poster claims they received the original video from a “trustworthy” source.

No timestamp is shown on the video and there is no clear shot of the man showing it is Jackson but it is sure to fuel the fire of conspiracy theorists.

Honestly, it would be genius if true. His estate is going to make so much more money now it's crazy. Paparazzi leave him alone, he gets to be a recluse the rest of his life just like he wanted, and have plenty of dough to not worry about anything anymore. The sticking point is getting the coroners, police, district attorneys, etc.. all to go along and also get the doctor to take the fall. Highly unlikely.

I think there's definitely some dereliction of duty on the doctor's part, but homicide ?? No way....

Not murder... but medical homicide. Killed by someone elses actions.

Come on... he was using an anesthetic that is only used for knocking people out while performing surgery... to treat a fucking sleep disorder. He was doing so without an anesthesiologist which is a huge medical violation. Add on top of that injecting a couple of sedatives multiple times prior...

This is no simple mistake... the guy was way beyond accepted medical practices and way beyond his medical specialization.

The doctor should at minimum lose his license to practice medicine anywhere in the world. But for what he was using and how it was used... he should do time.
