Wow...just puts it right out there, doesn't he? Wolf's probably going, WTF dad?
Guess it's no different than hocking hot sauce or tequila...or striped sneakers. -
The letter is dated Feb. 2006. He states that Wolf is 17 and joined the band "a couple of years ago". Either Ed doesn't know what year we're in, how old his kid is or when he joined the band. Looks fishy to me, not that I care at this point. Just sayin. When the shit hits the fan, close your mouth and duck.Comment

Damn good point, didn't even think to go that route. This whole thing is chronologically fucked. Either that or Ed was just that hammered...Comment

Maybe Ed is too drunk to know.Comment

Whoever wrote this garbage, obviously has his dates screwed up.
He mentions Wolfgang being his 17 year old son on 2/24/06
Wolfgang would have been turning 15 on 3/16/06...
Wolf also couldn't have been in the band 2 years.... cuz they were touring with Hagar in 2004....Comment

Well, Ed may have considered Wolf in the band in 2004. He did come out on stage for a little guitar playing with Dad. Hell, knowing Eddie...he probably considered Wolfie in the band on the 1990 tour when Wolf was still swimming in Dads sack. That's on-stage.“Great losses often bring only a numb shock. To truly plunge a victim into misery, you must overwhelm him with many small sufferings.”Comment

If this was really Eddie's doing, it comes in #3 on the list of "Dumbest things Edward Van Halen Ever Did".
Hiring Sammy Hagar and hiring Ray Danniels still remain #1 & #2 respectively.
I believe it's fake though, because of the date.
In February of 2006, the Senate was still controlled by the Repukes, and therefore Pat Leahy would not have been the chairman of the Judicial committee at that time.Last edited by FORD; 07-18-2009, 05:55 PM.Eat Us And Smile
