I think we should do some mod shuffling when the new site design arrives.
I don't see the point of hiring or firing until then.
We should also definately examine the current/future staff to see who really belongs on the team.
If you're apart of staff and only post one or twice a year (not mentioning names)

Maybe not such a good idea. Woman are a bit too emotional and temperamental to be mods. Besides, most of the mods here are all right - pretty much let you say what you want along as it's on subject (or close to it) and one of the reasons I come here is because this is one of the lowest spam-ridden boards out there.
