Female Mod?

I think we should do some mod shuffling when the new site design arrives.

I don't see the point of hiring or firing until then.

We should also definately examine the current/future staff to see who really belongs on the team.

If you're apart of staff and only post one or twice a year (not mentioning names)
you really should resign or give the keys to some new blood IMHO!

I definitely don't deserve to mod here!

I was thinking along the lines of SparkieD, Blonddgirl, Ellylions & Northern Girl.

Any of these girls would be a great addition to the site.

It just seems that Women have been under represented on this forum for a long time now.

This is def a step in the right direction.

Maybe not such a good idea. Woman are a bit too emotional and temperamental to be mods. Besides, most of the mods here are all right - pretty much let you say what you want along as it's on subject (or close to it) and one of the reasons I come here is because this is one of the lowest spam-ridden boards out there.

off the top of my head I think there has been
Ally, Susie Q, Sweet Irony, Yankee Rose,
Fluffer Chick, Melein, Im sure theres a couple
more I have missed... With all these spam bots
out there now, the current team have to work
a lot harder than in the old days, and I cant
see too many passengers in the crew..

Also, some of the webbies may not post here
that much, but they actually work on the code
behind the scenes and are very much essential...
