Zakk= Douchenozzle
Trolls take heed...LOG OUT & FUCK OFF!!!
Even though I liked the Ozzy stuff, that fucking lick he does in every song just ruins it. I liked some of the BLS stuff but it's that fucking guitar style that ruins every song he plays on.
Way over-rated IMO.
The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge.― Stephen Hawking
dumb.
unless it signifies that his career is dead...
I'm not sure if ugly is the right word for it. Tacky sounds more proper because I haven't a clue as to who would seriously buy that piece of shit - maybe 14/15 year old goths who still believe that listening to Marilyn Manson is somehow rebelling against your parents or perhaps meth metal heads attempting to make a fashion statement but chrissakes, that instrument is tacky.
And it looks like it came from Misfits circa 1986, too.
Now that you mention it.......it does look like a Mistfits rip off. I guess there has to be a market out there for it or they would of never spent the "pennies" required to R/D and market that pile of shit or...........let's throw it out there and see if it sticks, either way it's a truly low point in a mediocre career.
That guitar is seriously ugly. I dig Coffin Cases, mind you - but a coffin-shaped guitar? Probably as uncomfortable to play as it is stupid-looking.
Nah, he's currently busy defending the Obama rally gun-nuts at Rothfans...otherwise, yeah, it'd be right up his alley.
The thing that gets me, is how uninspired this dorky thing is. You wanna make a statement? Here's how: Fashion the guitar body, include a clear, plexiglass lid for the coffin. In the inlay, define an actual padded coffin, with a 12 inch GI Joe figurine with the head of say...Elvis Presley, JFK, Mae Tse Tung, Michael Jackson, ect. in full costume.
Is it artful? Hardly. Yet no less than this stupid Halloween guitar. Seriously, this thing should be given away at grocery stores in the build-up to October 31, yours for 17 dollars, a purchase of 2 bags of Hershey's Treats and a contribution to "Trick Or Treat For UNICEF".
Yeah...that's an UGLY guitar
So now we know guitar design is another thing Zakk is shit at...
Captain Caveman ??
The insane lack of self awareness just makes it funnier.
I couldn't put up with it every day though...
I hate the look of that guitar.
Ugly as shit...
Devoid of any inspiration...
And it looks incredibly uncomfortable to play.
Zakk Wylde needs to give it up....and he can start by grasping the notion that it's always been incredibly gay to use wacky alternate spellings of common words to make up your first and last name.

Zakk is ought of his mind, worse than Ozzy. Maybe this is why Ozzy is going to get rid of him.
Anybody else think he's just a weee bit drunk in this one..?
Even all the fanboys over at ZW.com & BLS.net hate this guitar.
Not sure what Zakk was thinking on this on. His last few guitars have been average or worse.
+++++++++
But even the haters have to admit, the "Rebel" & the "Bullseye" LPs were good or at least kind of original.
I dig the rebel
Disagree.
The rebel fully sucked until Ozzy made Zakk deface it. Points for Ozzy on that. Apparently the first time Ozzy saw it, he was like "What is this, Lynrd Skynrd? Get rid of it!"
Then there's the whole "it's the symbol of racial intolerance" thing too....
The bullseye was done because his creme LP was a duplicate of Randy's...
Maybe that guitar doubles up as a casket for a small puppy? Maybe he was thinking of Ozzy's dog that got eaten recently?
Hmm...since the guy who told me that happened to be in the band at the time, I'm gonna go with what he said "really happened", but anyway...:tongue0011:
Regardless of if he got the idea from Brett...He allegedly (lol) added the bottlecaps after sanding off the majority of the finish at Ozzy's behest. Another classic line in this person's telling of it:
"Confederate flag? Aren't you from New Jersey?"
I am sure it is a little bit "all of the above". Your source Mike I or Randy C? He probably had a ton of great stories about those days.
That was just how Zakk tells the story in most interviews....
I am sure he got quite a bit of Shit from the guys and Ozzy.
He didn't get the bottlecap idea from Bret Michaels, Bret had the same flag painted on. You can see plenty of pics of Bret Michaels guitar, it is the same as the Rebel, just clean. No way Zakk could have went on stage with that.
Zakk went through quite a bit of a "Southern" phase during this time. Must have heard a lot of Skynyrd...lol...
His next band he put together in 93 was Lynyrd Skynhead. It was the precursor to Pride & Glory in 94. Sweet Home New Jersey...lol
couple pics of the Rebel as it was actually an evolution over quite a few years:
