Nope, I am aware of builders cutting corners, and screw guns are only slower by the fact you have to load the screws every time. Airgun coated ringnails are more expensive than coated screws also. And the houses here (at least on the coast) are not the cheap shoddy kind. Maybe it's a MA code..
