I would have said John Denver as the annoying school teacher Van Driessen, but he's somewhat inconveniently dead. The overly caffeinated gym teacher could be handled by R. Lee Ermey.

The character I'm having the most trouble imagining is Principal McVicker. From a physical standpoint, I'd say Dann Florek from Law & Order SVU, but his voice is completely wrong.

Actually, Beavis is based on this guy:
Anson Funderburgh - a blues guitarist. He used to play in bands with Mike Judge. I asked him this once when I interviewed him and AF said it's true.
