I fucking hate the Links but it's like a car crash, you can't stop looking at it. Every thing about that place sucks, like how the moderators are little Hitlers who love saying 'Closing this', 'This is turning into a Sam Vs Dave thread, closing', 'Moving this to Opinions and Speculation', 'Too many rude words, closed.'
And like those tools who put Dreams as their fave VH song. And the tools who are 'pumped' for this sham of a tour and keep typing, 'It's nearly 51 fucking 50 time!!!!!!!' at the end of their posts. And all the Eddie stiffs who still believe every piece of bullshit that eminates from his mouth. Yet, as I say, I can't stop looking, it's so sickening that it's almost entertaining. Is anyone else like this?

Its inevitable that we get people here who post at the other Van Halen (or should that read "Van Hagar") sites.

Most of us have dabbled with alternative names at one point or another. Personally I dont need to visit there regularly as we always
get the latest news here, and if they are acting like dickheads
elsewhere, somebody always reports it here anyways...

Last time I did have a quick look it was quite bizzarre. Like the whole format of the site allowed for only 2 threads per screen (underneath
all the stickied rules and regulations they enforce).

Looked like it would be a prick to navigate around. You would have to sift through five pages just to read a few threads...

But Brenty Brents and his inevitable sidekicks, (He seems to have
his permanent sidekicks that have to be in every thread he posts in)
are always welcome here. Just like Samuel Hagar, they can be an
enormous source of comedic relief with their "EVH *IS* Van Halen"
points of view..


I bet those cats are professing "Its about Time" as the greatest.
That pretty much sums up the whole deal right there...

Although I have noticed not all the Hagarites have followed the head sheep into the "Its about Time" main paddock. How do we know this ?

Honestly I've only been there a few times and all I ever see is literally Ed ass kissing. I've seen "Oh the Dave fans are just jealous" quite a a bit too. Have never taken the time to post there though...........that place is just sad, theres nothing of interest there AT ALL.

I was at the links prior to joining this site-back when I was more of a Van Halen fan with Dave being a part of that. Thats why I joined this site. Nuff said.

Links actually used to be a pretty cool site. Sure, you always had your Chedheads and Eddie sheep there. And of course, EUAS started over there, and we kept them all in line, naturally. But the place went to Hell in a handcart when $tark$ shut down the Pasture Dump and the entire flock of rabid, militant sheep migrated over to the Links and infected it with their disease of worshipping everything that was WRONG about "Van Halen" after 1985. Brett let those fools take over his board and they're dragging it down to a level of dumbness that even exceeds the Pasture Dump. Hell, I can't really blame Brad $tarks for leaving the Dump out of the mix when he retooled Van-Hagar.com. I wouldn't want that flock back either.
