I'm trying to create a 15 song playlist for this chick I know. I peaked her interest on Van Halen after carrying around my copy of Crazy from the Heat. Dave talked a lot about making the songs "Girl Friendly," so any suggestions on what are the 15 best bets to get her hooked on Halen?
Women In Love should be first. Then it will not matter. I have made a few of those over the years.

Ah Women In Love,for sure,and Dance the Night Away,It always is mentioned by gals as their VH favs. Im all for spreading the word in the bushes ,er I mean forests of women!
It all depends on the woman. The songs you mention as a turnoff for women were EXACTLY the ones that drew me to VH. Especially Beautiful Girls. I didn't feel like admitting it at the time, but Dave's cynical attitude towards women was a real come on to somebody who wanted to be treated like a hot chick and was considered too brainy by the world at large.
It may not translate today to that sort of crowd. When Roth had the incredible looks, it could overcome the "sexism" charges - but now?
I also loved Jamie's Crying with it's mocking music line.

Interesting side story: I did see DLR solo in 2002 and there were a couple of 17-year-old girls in front of me who had never seen or even heard of DLR before. THey were there just to be there. By the third song, they were squealing at DLR saying "Oh my God! He is such a bad ass!" watching DLR's stage antics and dancing along to the Van Halen hits from "Hot For Teacher" to "Panama" to Mean Street" to "I'm the One", etc., etc., etc.
If you can't woo a girl with DLR's regular rock selections from Van Halen, then it's a lost cause.
