Personally, I think this new package experiment will fail. It's cool & holds more & all...but Americans are creatures of habit. We are used to the current packets, ripping the ends off with our teeth while driving, and slathering whatever with the sauces inside. It's a talent. Being able to bite off precisely the right amount of the foil packet & spit the piece out accurately is an art form.

Unless all ketchup makers, mustard, hot sauce, etc...followed suit very quickly, this won't work. I have a feeling Heinz also patented the package so others won't be using it.

I'm not really a big ketchup person. Considering I rarely eat fast food, I hardly have any use for it. I like it with french fries but even if I ever get fries, I don't eat very many. It's also good with hash browns or I don't mind it every once in a blue moon if it is on a hamburger. Again though, it's not my choice condiment for a burger cos I like mayo or mustard.

Another ketchup thing I really hate is meatloaf when people put that ketchup frosting on the top!!!
