I've actually enjoyed talking with UK Rocker in the short time he's been here - he is knowledgeable about 70s and 80s rock, and always had interesting stuff to say about it.

I have no idea why he has suddenly decided to be a dick (especially with regard to the Sheep Pen stuff.) This thread COULD have raised some valid issues about the site - but asking 'why should I post here?' comes across as supercillious, and an attack. I think he meant it rhetorically, but I'm not so sure.

When people don't understand the 'sheep' stuff and why the Front line is so active, it's because they forget just how long a lot of people have been around here. When there is fuck all happening in the world of CVH and DLR, there really isn't that much we can discuss about those topics, so we talk about other things, and have a laugh - otherwise the 'which is you favourite CVH album/song/lyric/tour' threads just go on loop. And let us not forget the dreaded 'Dave's Hair' threads.............

UK Rocker - you want to start interesting threads about CVH, everybody will gladly contribute to them. I'd be very, VERY surprised if you can think of a topic that hasn't been done to death, however.
