I don't know why, but I thought this would be a good idea given the diversity in countries we have on this board. The idea is simple.
We're going to do two brackets, one of the America's (Canada will be included for the sake of making a non confusing bracket, nothing personal Canucks, we know you're seperate) and of Japan and Europe.
I'm thinking for the America's we go by region.
Northeast
Northwest
West
South
Midwest
Canada
Winners of the Americans will first be determined and then will take on the Canadian winners.
And for Europe/Asia, I'm thinking
England
Scotland
Ireland
Germany
Australia
Netherlands
Japan
Portugal
Winners all advance to the next round to compete for the non-american best rock band, to take on the best rock band.
and thats pretty much going after board members. Now, how will these lists be created? By members from these areas! Thinking for example someone like FORD does the Northwest, myself, I'll do the Midwest and so on and so on. You can pick up to ten bands for any given region.
So, who all would be up for such a thing?
