Very nice lap slide guitar. I've never seen one like that. It looks like you can screw legs into the back of it. From the art deco type badge it has to be at least the 1950's if not the 40's. The late 50's and 60's were more into a futuristic look on logos and badges. An art deco type badge usually is pre 1955. But who gives a flying fuck. It's nice, you like playing it so there. LOL!
