LOS ANGELES — Lindsay Lohan had a message written on her middle fingernails while in court on Tuesday — and it was far from a note of contrition.

The 24-year-old actress — who was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation — had “f--- u” written across her middle fingernail on both of her hands.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Lohan must turn herself into the court by July 20. She will then be held in Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., where she will be in seclusion.

Steve Whitmore, a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Department, told Access Hollywood on Tuesday that general, non-violent females are eligible to serve just 25 percent of their sentence — which in Lohan’s case would amount to around 22 days.

To be fair, I recall a couple of weeks ago when she supposedly lost her passport in London, and as a result missed a court date in L.A.

The court date yesterday was the rescheduled date.

If she truly did lose her passport, then she is a victim of circumstance. But the judge was not reaming her over that. The judge sentenced her to what may turn out to be 3 weeks for OTHER shit she did not bother to do....LIKE FOLLOW THE COURT's INSTRUCTIONS.

Here's why so many people are "happy" about her doing time.

She spits in the face of the very same laws & authorities we have to follow. Had any of us done the same things this girl has done, we would have done time long ago. But because she is a celebrity, we cut her slack. And she takes it and pisses on it. So we cut her even more slack. And she takes it & pisses on it. Over & over again. Even now she will only do about 20 days of a 90 day sentence. Why would anyone feel sorry for her?

I have no great love for Lohan. But at the end of the day I sort of agree with Binnie and have a little bit of empathy (but NOT sympathy) for her. Mainly because there are white collar cunt-fucks that will never see the inside of a jail cell, and have done far worse things to society. I would say that's how a lot of people feel here. One thing to have some kind of off-the-wall annoying internet personality, but quite another to actually do stupid/vicious things in real life.
