Well I know that =VH= guitar hero game was rated PG. Like they couldn't throw in a few Dave interviews during the load time or give Dave some special moves or rothisms everytime you hit a certain button combo.

I think the VH reunion, for Dave, was all about vocals. He wasn't fucking around and knew he had to sing his ass off, and he did. Few roundhouses and no drum riser leap--which he still can pull off.

As far as the Jack Jerk, I'd bet that's just as simple as keeping booze off the stage out of respect for The Drunk and his Fat Son.

The Chick-fil-A teeshirt kinda pegs an unreal timeline, putting a 2 year old shirt on a 40 year old body I know but I'm happy to get what I can here because in another 2 years Hagar will be totally forgotten.

shit i gotta be honest here...I don't think Dave can do the drum riser leg split leap anymore. He could prolly pull it off once...But 50 plus dates? I dunno. His vocals were stellar and I look forward to a good studio album... But the "Jack Jerk" was the best attitude adjuster Dave had...Could've used a plant or two in the front row for that routine...and yeah fuck Ed and his booze problem...Its been the "Edward Van Halen" show since '85...

dave did swear some, hat on dick trick etc... But I miss that attitude that set them aprt from fkn Pearl Jam or Creed or any number of shit bands with shit music and nothing better to talk about other than being "artistic"...yuck. I just want my kick ass rock n rape n roll VH back!

I just wonder what hurts worse my innability to get to Vegas and see a show or Daves regret at how The Rio or wherever he was running what could have been on of my favorite ideas of some brass in the band, shows.

I have alot of failed ventures in my past most were my own fault I think Daves Vegas gig was took out from under him.? I don't know why.

That would have been even more fun for me in the audience than Dave would have been having and you know he would have been having a grand old time rocking that show.
