I don't mean to attack a certain person, but personally, I've stayed out of the library squatting issue long enough. I know a librarian and she knows with cut hours, how much more difficult it is for those that want to use the internet to do a job search to make an honest contribution to society.
If you choose not to seek employment, that's your choice. But please surrender the internet to someone who does wish to perform job searches with it, especially since it's government funding.

This individual must be extremely lucky. If you were posting a message board at a certain library down here and someone else informed a librarian that they wanted to use the computer for a job search, YOU'D BE KICKED OFF IMMEDIATELY.

Again, my personal belief is that job searches take precedence over the tons of message boards across the net. It's called "prioritizing" , http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/prioritizing
