Tom Jones deserves some kind of award for getting away with singing the line I'll soon be kissing your sweet little pussy___ lips.

The Doobie Brothers were THE most boring band ever to hit earth, followed closely by Yes.

You are missing one band to make the perfect snoozefest trifecta - Boston.

Dude, I totally 100% agree. I love Men At Work. I still go see Colin Hay every couple of years play. His music is very mellow now, but very good. Just have to be in the right mood. The guy is a superb songwriter.

He is certainly underrated. Both Stranger In This Town and Undiscovered Soul are good albums - and rips apart anything Jon ever did solo-wise.

    Here here...

The only pop artist that has grabbed my intention over last few years is that Gabriella Cilmi...I think she has an amazing voice...and also read somewhere she grew up singing Led Zep so she ain't all bad

(...and yes, I was one of those tragics who had "Sweet About Me" stuck in my head everytime I heard it)

Well, yeah, but wanting to fuck them isn't the same as having to listen to their records.

ABBA came up with some great stuff, though. Would sooner listen to ABBA than Jon Bon Jerkoff.
