Very interesting. The statement about these being loud reminds me of an interview Sarzo did where he said Randy played very loud and that's was part of the sound he had.
So how much will one of these cost?

I'd like to have one, but it would probably be cheaper to pick up a four holer 1959 JMP and have the "one wire" mod done to it, pretty simple I've read. Still I would like to have the RR model.

This just in...according to one of the Facebook Rhoads pages loosely-affiliated with Rhoads.tk - the family was very disappointed in the first cut of the documentary Peter Margolis showed them, and the project may end up getting shelved. Tragic if true; someone needs to tell this guy's story.
Is the story that interesting?
I think so...(but then I've heard more than the usual stories). I think people would be surprised at how quick-witted and mischievous he was, how he had as Dubrow described, a "twisted" sense of humor, and I think more background about the QR years and sharing club bills with VH would be interesting.
Ozzy where the fuck is our dvd of Randy and remastered cd's ????

Guitar and drum solo...
I don't care what anyone says, Ozzy still has it and he's kicking ass this tour!
BTW, Scream is still a very good album with killer vocals...
Drum Assolo?
I've known a few over the years...
Watch it fucker

Ozzy played here Wednesday night. Was happy to be home instead of at the venue listening to him.
Was REALLY glad not to be contributing any cash to that fucking cunt of a wife of his.

I think I'm Ozzied out.
For a few years the first 3 Ozzy albums were my favourite of any.
I just don't care any more. Looking at the boots it seems that Ozzy may have got his voice vaguely in tune now and the band seems to have a bit more about it but it's just been far too many years of mediocrity.
Randy Rhoads was in the band 3 years, Jake E Lee 5 years and Zack Wylde 23 years.
The new Ozzy tour may well be the best in 15 years, it even has a few deep cuts but for me it's too little too late. Not sure about 7 Sabbath covers either.
The final straw is that he only plays festivals here these days anyway.
I guess as a classic rock fan it's all a compromise these days but Ozzy is so far from this level at this point...
It's almost fucking laughable. We are expected to pay 10 times as much now for something hugely inferior to what we were getting 26 years ago.
Well, the holloween show outdoors in New Orleans was well worth the $60 tickets and Ozzy himself was particularly impressive...
I would pay $60 to see Ozzy but recently here it's been 3 times that in a package with some thrash band nu metal crap in a field.
The new tour looks better than the last which was 3/4s Zack doing RR songs by the look of it.
I'm just pointing out again the absolute dearth of good material that has come out of the ZW years, it's shameful.
As for the new album, I listened to it a couple of times on a hotel entertainment system a few months back and was not convinced. I'm also troubled by the fact that Ozzy albums are now an option on hotel room audio systems but that is a separate issue...
~Ha!~
I think you need to purchase the album and give it another go...
