I called the 1-800 # and checked out the web site. It's a real product but on the web site the name is "Snuggle Strap".

There was another commercial someone posted around here on the forum a while back.
The toy was called " Mr Bucket" damn it was funny , the jingle said "Hey Mr Bucket put your balls in your mouth" or something like that , too funny.
