Man, Woods is having a complete collapse and meltdown. He just threw a club to the ground, then kicked it. The announcers (including Feherty) are at a loss to explain what is taking place. Epically brutal.

Going off in two hours, and it's 30 fucking degrees out.

Knocked 11 shots off my score from last week.
    AT@T Uverse coverage absolutely rocks!!!
No commercials, 6 channels of coverage, and my buddy
has laid out an awesome spread. Not to mention his fiancee
is real easy on the eyes.

Holy cow! Louis Oosthuizen just knocked in a double eagle on the second hole to go to 10 under. I've never seen one in my life while watching the Masters.

That was an interesting side story with IBM and the new CEO Ginni Rometty over CEO memberships...

IBM did a heck of a job on the Masters web site the last few years. I know a few of the guys that work in that end of the business. Bleeding edge technology stuff. Neither side is talking but we'll who's on-board next year and will tell the tale.

Out of sheer boredom, spent the last couple of
evenings reading "The Big Miss" by Hank Haney.
Usually when I finish a book of this type, I feel
like I have a better understanding of the events
or the person (people) behind them.

I got no such satisfaction from this book. Other than
the revelation that TW fucked his knee up during a
SEAL exercise, the book came across as written
    by a scorned spouse.

Congrats to Ricky Fowler for his stirring win during the play-off at the Wells Cargo Championship, and even more so for his inspired choice of girlfriends. (She's the one on the right, the one on the left is his mom.)

He drives me apeshit. He'll waggle repeatedly, then take a whiff shot yet not get penalized for it. Here is the thing: Yesterday afternoon, he was put on the clock for slow play by PGA officials. If he does it again, he'll be fined and take a 1 stroke penalty. The way this tournament is going with it's windy as hell conditions today, that one stroke is the difference between a win or a playoff amongst about 3-4 guys.

ESPN ripped him apart this morning. 48 seconds, and two
back-aways before a tee shot. Ben Crane and Sergio Garcia
    take forever, too.

Mrs. Whorehey out shopping with her Mom.
Kids running around outside. House is stocked,
Fridge is full, and I just found a Norco in
    the couch cushion.
Thought Na's birdie putt on 1 was in...

    Norco is Vicodin and Tylenol.

Some of these meltdowns are downright painful to watch. Rory did it last year at the Masters, and bailed out on the TPC as a result. This time, it's Kevin Na, whose is bogeying everything in site, spraying the ball in every direction and just now found the water at the easiest hole on the course, 13. On top of that, some particularly mean spirited drunks in the gallery started sing "Na Na Na Na, Na Na Na Na, Hey Hey, Goodbye" to him. Dan Hicks and Johnny Miller were both indignant at this, adding to the general discomfort of watching this disaster.

Na took a free drop on 18 and elected to hit
off the cart path. Must be nice to trash a hybrid
knowing there will be an exact replacement
waiting for you in the equipment trailer after
    your round.

There's a book called "How to Break 90" by T.J. Tomasi.
I'll save ya the 20 bucks by summarizing.

    * Strive to play bogey golf.
    * Keep track of your putts. It's hard to break 90
if you're stabbing at it more than 36 times.

I had a tough time keeping my emotions in check
first tine I stood on 18th green knowing I could four-putt
from 30 feet and still break 90 my first time. Then again, I
lose it every time I see Christopher Reeve look at the penny...

I downloaded app.." swing by swing" ...damn decent..keeps up with putts and much more..I had 44 putts..need to learn to 2 putt every green,,that would have saved 8 shots right there..played with the same ball ALL DAY..but yeah,,I always say 5 is a good score..except the par 3s..11 bogeys..3 pars..and 4 doubles today..no triples

Got 36 set up for the weekend. 18 with some old
friends I don't get to hang with much anymore.
These guys bet on EVERYTHING. Not only do these
guys wanna go a Buck a putt on total putts, it also costs
a buck if you three-putt. We literally need an extra
scorecard to keep track of all the skins, closest to on the threes,
    and side action.

The other 18 is with the usual bunch of club-throwing
    insufferable pricks I play with.

Talked my 78 year old Dad into driving the cart for me next weekend. He's never been on a golf course. He asked me if they
let you drink beer out there on the course. My buddy's bringing his Dad out too. This is gonna be classic!
