                      i know my brain works. it moves my body around, regulates basic systems, has taught me to alternate pick accurately, and how to hit a beautiful 7 iron. i love my brain.

                      the conundrum; did i teach it? or did it teach me? what's the difference between 'me' and 'it'?

                        However, I forgot who pointed this out, but critical thinking skills should be taught, early.
                        And IMO, very early, first grade early.
