Seems like it could save some $$ IF you could find the correct stock to make say, a 1 or 2.00mm pick....

gimmick, i reckon. fun one though... i buy 20 picks at a time. with my discount, that's $14. 20 picks lasts me probably a year. that's about 26c a week? again, maths isn't my strong suit.

Can it cut vinyl. Or even thin wood. if you have the punch, you can make it out of almost anything the punch can punch. Hell, make it out of thinner plastics and tape them around the end of the fingertips for one use full hand picks.

For the worse pick you've ever tried.

    Picks + tape= disaster

I have one of these... A friend got it for me from pickpunch.com - and it's awesome. I love it. I find that old CDs make a great pick. It's a novelty item for sure, but that doesn't make it any less fun.

They're $25, and you're missing the point. It's a fun gift if you know a guitar player.

Could come in handy. Say you're camping and you forget to bring picks....
