I wouldn't want you playing bass for me with phrasing like that.
I play both guitar and bass. You can be more sloppy on a guitar than you can be on a bass. Make a mistake everyone is going to hear it. Screw up on the time signature and you are a big hairy wart everyone can see. The bass player is the guy who plays back with the drummer. Nobody notices him until he sucks. Then all attention is on you. LOL!I wouldn't want you playing bass for me with phrasing like that.
