Doesn't make him any more impressive to me in terms of what he'd bring to the WH. His candidacy is a bit more effective this time around, just as one would expect from someone who has quested for the nomination multiple times already.
I just get a sense from the guy that all he's interested in is the prize. Sure, all WH hopefuls are to a degree, but I don't think Mittens has the slightest inclination to think of becoming president in terms of what he could do for his fellow citizens.
