Having trouble maximizing pictures. I clik on it and new window pops up, wheel just keeps going round and round... any thoughts?

Try closing it and opening it back up. That's what I do, and it will usually pop up after you reopen it.

Don't immediately close it and reopen it...let the wheel go for about 15 to 20 seconds, then close it and open it back up.

LT, Still no dice.... I'm like John Lennon, "Im just sittin here watchin the wheels go round and round". I must have a setting wrong???? but I have never had this problem before.....

Did you try a different browser or updating what you're using? The light boxes are java-based, make sure you have java enabled.

Did updates,,, Made sure java was on and updated, still nothing.
