Oh dear.
I have Snow On Tap.
First Roth Army Kiwi To See Van Halen Live 6/16/2012 Phoenix Arizona.
We got hit with that shit earlier this week (probably the same storm). Depressing how autumn went straight into winter in the blink of an eye.
All I can say is MERRY CHRISTMAS!:
It was cold the other day....lol....blue sky and 70's though since that one night....hehe
Can't Control your Future. Can't Control your Friends. The women start to hike their skirts up. I didn't have a clue. That is when I kinda learned how to smile a lot. One Two Three Fouir fun ter thehr fuur.
No snow here, just cold and wet past couple of days. Now it's just chilly. Bleah.
Is that what you call a Jack Son Hole? And what does Pbbbbbbbbhhhhhhhhhhhttt!!! mean...hehe.
Low-Lying valleys, fur-bearing animals, beavers, and the sensation of entering a hole. Man those early trappers and mountain men were lonely. Not only did they enter Jackson's Hole they entered Pierre's Hole and maybe even Jack's son's hole. The name "hole" derives from language used by early trappers or mountain men, who primarily entered the valley from the north and east and had to descend along relatively steep slopes, giving the sensation of entering a hole. These low-lying valleys are surrounded by mountains and contain rivers and streams, which were good habitat for beaver and other fur-bearing animals.
you guys are so lucky. i'd love to have a white xmas, i've never even seen snow! once, when i lived in canberra there was some floaty frozen stuff, but i think it was just lazy sleet.
You have snow in parts of Australia. Probably not over Christmas but you can snowboard in July.
I like to ski so I live in a ski resort town by choice. I never can figure out why people who hate snow live where there is snow. All you have to do is set the goal you want to live where there is no snow and sacrifice for that goal. It may require a career change but if you want to live where there is no snow bad enough you can do it.
Nitro, Europe is a little different to go for a career change
But you are right, it's only four months of snow and then it rains for six months in Holland! So what are we talking about....
What. In Europe you can't quit your job and do something else? Of course saying fuck this snow in Michigan and moving to San Diego or Miami is probably easier than there. It's still in the same country and the new location still speaks the same language. A good percentage of the planet never gets snow. If you don't like snow live somewhere in that band.
if you saw/felt it as often as we did, you would change your mind...trust me...you would

Starving people should move. No jobs- move. Don't like - move. Do you realy expect to live where you grandfather lived. Stupid slaves~
MICHAEL G. MULLENTo put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.
well after posting this, the power DID go out and just came back on last night. I FINALLY had a shower and am much the better for it! No water, no heat, no food, no light and NO INTERNET!!!!! How did civilization go on over this past four days!!!!!! But the snow is mostly melted (18 inches) and the only thing I really feel bad for is the kiddies missed Halloween. too many downed wires and trees. Maybe they'll reschedule it.
smartass.

A nice feature of this home when I bought it was it has a big ass propane generator. If the power goes out you throw a big ass switch on the mains and fire the generator up. I have two propane tanks in the ground and each one is 1000 gallons. We cook with propane and the water heaters are electric. It nice when the power goes off because of a storm.
Sounds good! Do you get lots of storms?
Winter is one big storm here. Six feet of snow on the ground last year.
