MSNBC is just as fake. They hired Jesse Ventura for a show and they didn't like what he was saying and they couldn't fire him because he had a contract so they paid Jesse and canceled his show. He took his money and bought a beach house in Mexico. In Mexico you name your home after what or who made it possible to buy it. Jesse named his home Cassa MSNBC. LOL!

I mean you have the choice of watching some hot ass on Fox and that grumpy Irish dude O'What's his name or some chick that looks like Clark Kent over at MSNBC and some angry dude named ED who if pushed probably would rip your head off and shit down your neck.

The one redeeming value of Faux is they did fire Glenn Beck. Beck said he left but in reality, Faux fired his crazy ass.

Fox News was started because there was an audience for right-wing business guys and religious lunatics.

if there's money to be made, people will swoop in and try to do it. whether it's morally right for a particular station to be pushed in a certain political direction.

the demos are easy as hell to pitch to businesses.

You want to partially blame Fox News on anyone? Blame the rise of Rush Limbaugh in the early 90's and the ratings he brought in.

btw, the Stern thoughts on it also I find myself agreeing with.

It boils down to ratings. Fox always leads there with O'Riley in the lead. Then you have Limbaugh on the radio who gets huge ratings. They figure Rush is worth around $300,000,000. That's amazing because he's not a huge merchandiser. He must get paid really well to do appearances and his advertising revenue must be fantastic..

Right wing sells basically. There's an audience for it. To be honest, I think Sarah Palin always wanted a piece of that lucrative pie more than the presidency. That is why she built her own TV studio in her home in Alaska.

Sometimes there is more substance on Howard Stern than anywhere else. I'm finding myself listening to him again. He calls it as it is.

If you think about it, there are no liberals in power anymore. You just have right wingers marketing themselves as liberals. I mean GE and Goldman Sachs pretty much own the Obama administration. Now look at the 2012 election. There will be no real liberal on the ballot. Just Wall Street shills. The right brilliantly scewered the left on their own enthusiam. Obama was the right wing's weapon of mass destruction. Fucking brilliant.
