For anyone going to see these shows, ticket presales are starting Thursday at 10 AM. Not all shows have a presale code, but at the official LiveNation Facebook page they are saying those shows with a LiveNation presale code, the code is "cowbell". And it seems those are most of them. Montreal and Houston do not appear to have a LN presale code.
