Please don't stone me but I'm not gonna be able to give updates , I just don't have it together like you and Momshell. I'm really getting fired up now. I still remember the lights going down in '80 & '81 and the mighty VH storming the stage at the Oakland Colisuem.

If those vids were filmed on the 12th I was there, I thought I remembered Dave saying "got an Oakland shirt here" but i could have been mistaken

Not VH unless it was like a soundcheck or a special unplugged type thing. then fuck yes I'd record it. I bootlegged (audio only) The Police in 2007 and it really detracted from me enjoying the show fully. Sting has the crowd sing along a lot and I refrained so as to not fuck up my recording. Also recorded a Colin hay show, again audio only. Although if I had video available at the time I would have at least recorded him playing Down Under. Was a really cool performance.

I just wish I had video readily available back in the 80's when I was sowing all those wild oats.

Sending out a short blurb is easier than holding & focusing a camera for the duration. And even if you go out of your way to take the video, people will bitch that your hands aren't steady enough or something stupid. I'm grateful for every video people share.

Holy shit it's a gig night?! I knew the show was 6/3, but just realized that's today!! No way in hell I'm making it up past midnight tonight, especially on a Sunday. Too damn tired (and probably too damn old!) to lose another night's sleep and then try and function at work the next day. Fuck..whyd Oakland have to be on a school night?! Have fun everyone at the show and all my buds at home. Light em up - hope there's some estrogen in the house for you tonight! I'm sure I'll check in before sleepy time.
