Before tour dates poor guy says I know they aren't going to play his two favorites, GGB & OoLA, while I bet him we'd get surprises. Then called him from Forum rehearsal to hear a cpl minutes. It was after the set I got that Master set list that the scabs from KroknMetal news lifted from my post here, called back said you are gonna shit yourself sharing the surprises.
All this time he'd been amped to hear one or the other, He got Cradle Robbed!
All that matters is all got rocked by the One and Only =VH=
Have a week to wait for round one and it's On

Our Homecoming is near, Both to be EPIC and I do believe for CVH Tours at home first time both fall on right nights, a Friday and week later Saturday for the wasabi. In between the two shows our L.A. Kings should be least halfway home bringing Stanley Cup to The City of Lights. Hot Damn going to have to go to my first NHL Finals game even if a first time in the rafters...

From what I understand, LUTS, Secrets and Me Wise Magic were performed as predicted. However, the cheering was so loud that they came back and did a couple more songs that weren't on the official setlist. DLR said, "Well we haven't done this one since the club days" and they launched into Fools! The audience could barely believe it. Finally, they finished it off with On Fire which featured screams that DLR hadn't done since the '80s. Best show of the tour.

Lemme guess - Dave also took off his shirt and wore his chaps again too?!

I am not even going to post the horrible vomit that the Denver Post considers a review. And the Spammy throng who replied to the review are just as bad or worse.

Interesting how real fans tweeted how much they love the show and failed musician reviewers and 20-something know-nothings reply in such negative ways to the same show.

These reviewers usually fit this mold:

1) Little knowledge of VH other than the radio hits
2) Average Joe rock fan that has a preconceived notion of what a rock concert should be like. Thus anything that breaks from that template is sub-par.

Who cares what they think indeed.

Just saw that you are in South Bend, IN.... My grandmother used to live in Warsaw, IN which I think is fairly close to there. Used to visit every summer and swim in the local lakes (Winona, Pike and Center). That was back in the early 80s....cruising with the family cranking the classic six on my Sony Walkman. Batteries faded quickly.

Noticed they are selling for about half of the price they went for in 2007/8...
