No the bus terminal is right downtown. You'll have to cab it to the hotel probably, don't want to walk that distance with bags and stuff.Hope the bus terminals not in Cheektowaga or something.
We will be there on Thursday afternoon. Leaving work around noon.
We will of course need shopping time. We may do that on Thursday before we get downtown.
I see that the hotel bar closes at midnight. The Century Grill is right across the street, but I didn't see the hours listed anywhere. I shall post our whereabouts for Thursday arrivals.
As for Friday, we had suggestions for the Pearl St Grill. I hear it's close to the venue. Shoes is hostess, it's her call.
Just noticed that the Century has $3 drafts from 5-7. I expect that we may be in attendance during those hours on Thursday.

the Cobblestone is RIGHT across the street from the venue - and has a tribute band that night I am told.
The only trouble is I think none of this is walkable from the hotel.I underestimated the distances.
I will make some phone calls - and see what's going on where - we might be better off going to the Cobblestone first - and then I have to check if Pearl St. is even open that late. Stay tuned.

Y'know, I'm forgetting that B-lo has a so-called rail system, and if we stayed close to Main st. beforehand we can jump on that and it takes you right to the arena. THAT would be the easiest way to get there.
According to Google maps, it's a mile from the hotel to the arena. The Pearl St Grill is exactly halfway between, 10 minutes to the hotel and 10 minutes to the arena.

That is what we are planning on doing. Staying at Best Western off Delaware about 1.5 miles from First Niagra.
