    Guests and members with less than 10 posts can no longer see signatures.

    1. Guest can no longer see signatures now.
    When they view a post it says
    Hey Jackass! You need to [Register] or log in to view signatures on ROTHARMY.COM!

    2. When they register, new posters can't see signatures until they have 10 posts.
    Their message is this
    Hey Jackass! You must have 10 posts on ROTHARMY.COM to view signatures on this forum. Start posting NOW!
