It IS a racket, and since the Korean conflict has been almost the only reason to go to war.

Desert Storm I was for a valid reason, as Saddamite was invading Kuwait. Vietnam, Korea and the just ended Iraqi conflict were done to give hundreds of billions to the military industrial complex, and for no other reason.
