Listening Parties

Has anyone heard of any plans for listening parties? It could be cool if People in cities met up and "took over" a bar with ipod in hand. I know of a few in NYC that allow you to bring in an ipod and play your own tunes.

I did this in 07 before the first show, I avoided all the leaked YouTubes from the rehearsals.. and I'm glad I did. I just couldn't do it for the album. Good on you, and it'll be totally worth it. I do plan on avoiding any potential spoilers from rehearsals this time around as well..

I had an event planned for Tuesday, but as fate would have it, I'm starting a new job on Monday the 6th... so I don't think they'd be cool with me taking day 2 off to drink beer and crank VH... the nerve!! It should be a national holiday!!!!!!

My band is headlining a show feb 10th at the Knitting Factory in Boise. Already over 600 tickets pre sold but there should be about 1,000 people there.. Im gonna have the new VH cranked over the PA when doors open and during set changes. BWAHAHAHA!

Yeah, I thought about you, me and JJ meeting up somewhere near your home turf (possibly the Greenbrier), then I thought about driving back home through what, 4-5 different municipalities while buzzed senseless. That and the concept of being scheduled to work February 7 from 1 PM to 9:30. Not an altogether great idea.
