Has anyone looked into adding tapatalk forum application here yet ?
It's a pretty cool and fast app for phones and pads.

I post on here with my iPhone all the time.. this site actually works pretty well on mobile devices. Does vBulletin have a mobile version of their software?

I'm on here quite a bit with my phone.

Tapatalk is much faster Than a phones browser and has its own host. so for people who are picture post happy it would cut down dramatically on bandwidth usage.

It's a nice app, try it out on a different site once.

Wow, I just read up on it.. Sounds pretty damn cool. Also read that it's free for forum owners to turn tapatalk on. Sounds like its worth exploring.

In a lot of places outside Lousiana people have telephones that you can carry about with you, kind of like the communicators you will have seen Captain Kirk with on TV.

These 'mobile' telephones can run computer programs called applications or apps for short. One of these apps allows you to access forums like this one more seamlessly and that is what the people here are discussing.

It's free for forum owners from what I've read.

It costs 1.99 for users to download the app and install on their mobile device. That was my cost for my iPhone from apple anyways.

I have a very low traffic forum (about 10 members) and I installed tapatalk. Yes it's free, and easy to install - one thing I noticed though was a huge increase in spambots trying to register, got up to 50+/day. Don't know if that was coincidence. I really like it to read forums though.

I know, it's great for reading and posting.
There's no such thing as sluggish or slow websites with this app.

The only thing I don't like about it and hope they change soon is the ability to post videos. I would imagine that is because they already have tapatalk hosted picture posting and the bandwidth for video is out of the question for now.
