This album kicks ass in mono, especially Honeybabysweetiedoll...you can hear everything Dave says towards the end...
I switched my iphone to mono and the songs get bass heavy and Ed's guitar sounds way less harsh...
Give it a try...

The Beatles remastered cd's sounded better in mono but that's how they were originally recorded. I'm curious to hear the vinyl ADKOT.

Did anyone try the album in mono ??
I heard 2 tracks in mono.
It had its moments, but I'm waiting for the vinyl because the CD falls short.
Did you notice how the stereo effect is heavily applied to the guitar ??
Ed sounds way better in mono...
I wasn't really actively listening to the mono bits I heard other than to think that it sounded great like that.
However if you hear Blood and Fire in stereo with the headphones you can tell it was on the Ripley since every string is panned hard either left or right.
Cool, I will check that out...
Outta space is cool in mono...
That fake extra wide stereo effect on the guitar makes it sound bad...
