Again, headsets do not give the same vocal control as does a microphone. With a microphone one is able to move the microphone away and to the vocal tone. Headsets are OK for even toned scores. However, for the best performance, including even toned scores, a microphone is required.
Headsets do have their place, however, they are best when supplemented or with a sedate preforming environment.
