Really really easy old magic trick she's stuffing the hankies into a fake thumb each time.
Imagine a fake hollow plastic thumb. She cups it her fist, stuffs the hanky into it, then puts it on her thumb. Each time she is wearing the thumb you'll notice she is waving her hands about so you don't notice. One danger is that the thumb flies off when she's doing that but apart from that it's easy peasy. She's English and had been doing the trick for 10 years before someone put it on the internet without her permission.
In the same way as David Blaine she just took a trick that you would get in a kids magic set and put a twist on it.
I have to say I prefer her twist to Blaines...
