Who the hell edited "En Vivo!" DVD?

I was just watching it there and I just noticed that at least twice in "The Wicker Man" Dave Murray switches guitar.

    Bad editing there.

I'll have to be a right sad git and study all of it to pick out the flaws.

At least it wasn't Steve Harris or I would have had an epileptic fit.

I've read 'somewhere' Steve Harris did and also the use of those 'split-screen' stuff is his idea, sometimes you have to play this dvd in slow-motion to get a good look

    at everything!!

        Is it worth it?

Does it feel special/unique or is it just another Maiden live DVD.

I want it so I can have the best quality video of a show from that tour, as I saw them on that tour in Chicago.

That said, Steve Harris needs to stay away from video editing as he does not have a fucking clue. I could edit an Iron Maiden video better than he could, hands down.

I've got to be honest, it is just another live DVD.

They did "Live after death" then topped it with "Rock in Rio" (in terms of scale, if not setlist).

The only way they could go further would be to play on the moon.

For me, the set list is pretty tired.

How many more versions of "The Trooper", "The Number of the Beast" or "Hallowed be they name" do we really need?

A brilliant show, but very little you ain't seen before.

Yes, I too think "how many times can I bother hearing the same tunes".

It is just that I saw this tour. Though I already have 2 different shows on DVD from bootleg land from that tour.

It is why I did not see AC/DC on their last tour. Have seen them 10 times.....just getting kinda burned out on them....I can always see the tour on DVD.....and I already had DVD of one of their public rehearsal shows before they hit town...so what the hell.....I have only seen Maiden live 3 times in my life....so I am not entirely burned out on them yet...even on disc, lol.

Back away slowly from that there editing software, pardner...

Gonna echo the sentiment about Harry's suck editing skills...it seems to be world renowned by this point.
I wouldn't mind if they continued on with the "Early Days", Vol 3...picking up with the Somewhere In Time and Seventh Son albums and tours...I cannot wait to have a superfine copy of Maiden England!

i got the DVD today so will spin it tonight with a few beers.Apparently Steve Harris did have some input into the editing with en vivo , howeever if there is one DVD i want to Steve to leave the fuck alone, its Maiden England that they will do hopefully before the US tour.
