Is the avatar you're using (the Hot for Teacher clip) supposed to be animated? Because if it is, I'm only seeing one frame.
I know animated avatars should work here though, because I had an animated Chimp/Hitler avatar a few years back

My avatar is super efficient and optimised so that it's only about the same size as yours - 8KB.That doesn't appear to bother jimi or sesh.
If you notice it's only kermit's arm that is actually animated, less is more.
WARF's gifs in this thread are silly big, 50 and a hundred times bigger. I noticed a little blip opening the thread because of his signature.

Some of these have already been posted, yet they have been altered to reflect a larger imprint. I'd embed them, yet doing so from work apparently crashes our server, cuts off all of the ceiling fans then disables the microwave, toaster oven and cable tv service in our break room.
