I'm hoping that the shit posted on the News Desk is legit. As someone said earlier, I guess it's the new official site. But after getting posts on my Facebook page from folks who are friends of mine but not fans of the band, "Sorry about the tour, dude..." I find myself once again making excuses and that's the shit that pisses me off the most. It's just always something. If the reports are true, I'm glad it's not health related but there always seems to be some fucking wrench in the whole thing. Would've been nice to have a flawless tour as a really big "Fuck You" to all the naysayers. As of now, we don't have that.
We will get our chance....last go around, we saw them after "the break" on their first show back on in Reno. It was killer! I'm not doubting the legitimacy. Just wish the band would just own up for once. Just put out a really unified joint statement. I'm sick of feeling like I believe what they are saying while the rest of the world thinks the band and "I" am full of shit.

Ok, I'll buy into the VHND explanation since there's been no official word from the band. And it's what I was hoping to hear anyway. IF the band is truly gonna take a couple of months off to relax, recharge and retool the show that is nothing but good news for you guys who haven't had a chance to see them yet! The Charlotte show was so freakin' good that I was shaking my head and thinking "there's no way this band should be as fucking good as they are!" And if they're gonna change things up and maybe, just maybe, toss in some other songs that's good news for you guys and gals because the show I saw was fucking amazing and it should only get better! I do hate it for you guys that are stuck in a holding pattern until they restart the tour after the break - that sucks ass and I would be disappointed and a little pissed too. But hopefully, fingers crossed, they'll take a break, change up the show and finally play Light Up The Sky!
