My guess is that it is a repackaged version of The Van Halen Story: The Early Years.

The label - MVD Blueline (which is what a search for IMV Blueline brings up - it's the same company) - has it on its pages, but with no other info:

I have the Early Years DVD. It's pretty cool, but not nearly as cool as if Van Halen themselves were to create something similar.

Yawn --- I'd bet $100 this is the "Early Years" DVD with different packaging.

They are taking advantage of the increased exposure from the tour to sell something that's already been out for 9 years.

Watching these clips reaffirms my belief that true rock legends are born with the right DNA --- either got it or you don't --- Dave with short hair and a cap still looks and sounds like a rock star --- but that Mark Stone fella reminds me of my 5th grade math teacher.
