I'll say this; Watching a rock concert in Japan is a fascinating experience.... Kinda like an orchestrated rocking out....
I saw Jovi, Priest, Crue and Loudness (twice) at the Budokan in the mid '80's....

Yeah, was nuts. Just stuff happening that you just don't see at US concerts....
When we went to see Loudness, my buddy just went inside an unmarked door and walked around backstage, including into the room that the band was in. No one said a thing....
At the Judas Priest show, another buddy somehow got a hold of a huge bottle of hot sake from outside the Budokan and brought it into arena....
Here's the ad....
BTW, our DDE rep told me that right now it's looking like she's going to Japan...
So hopefully we can get some video of the boys on the trip....

I'm gonna go see them in Nagoya but I don't see any ticket info for that show at this point..

Japanese promoter UDO finally announced the show in Nagoya(which I was supposed to go to) was cancelled.
so I have to go to Osaka to see them....
Had to chuckle as I watched and listened to this! Good on those Japanese folks that get their turn! Roth On!

hey btw.
Tokyo Dome will be the biggest venue on this tour. it has seating capacity of about 55,000(!).
does anyone think they can fill it with the audience?
For sentimental reasons, I would love to see VH play here....
Spent several nights drinking right there....
Oh yeah, that's the famous Budokan, by the way....

Cool picture. On the VH site there are no links for tickets. Are they phone and ticket booth purchases over there?
