Love tzatziki. hate humus, never tried tirokoferti. My knowledge of Geek food starts ands ends with the gyro. I even know it's pronounced yee-ro. Jack in the Box tried making gyros for awhile. They weren't bad but the tzatziki was mixed with lettuce like a salad instead of by itself.

Yeah! I was surprised too! I was just over in Hollywood... LOTS of Canadians there, so it makes sense. I was told them even import the cheese curds from Montreal. It was fucking delicious!
Yeah getting cheese in Florida at the grocery store is an absolute headache...I once had a poutine on Hollywood beach boardwalk and it never looked like this one you are showing...in fact I never finished it...the cheese was mozzarella .Who puts Mozza cheese on a poutine?

Tirokafteri is a spicy feta cheese-based dip.. it's really good and has a nice bite to it.. all in all, great stuff.
