This morning I did brunch in the swanky downtown portion of Fort Lauderdale - Las Olas.. I enjoyed a ribeye steak & eggs with hollandaise sauce... Delicious!

Damn, back in the days when I had to roll pennies for beer money I practically lived on Ramen Noodles!! And if you went to the local Chi Chi's between 4 and 6 they had a mini-buffet set up - and it was free!! Two dollar 22 ounce draft Fosters and free mini buffet. Damn those were good times.

Hot sauce is girl friendly. Spices increase metabolism...and when you're on a starvation diet, you need all the help you can get.

I should be skinnier than a rail, but my body holds onto every calorie it gets because it's always in starvation mode.
