I know damn well my weight gain is caused by my lack of activity. Sitting in school, sitting at work and being plain lazy. Although I do suspect I may be slightly gluten intolerant. I gag if I eat non-toasted bread and have digestive issues that are common in Celiac disease...
There is no "slightly gluten intolerant."
If you're gluten intolerant you have the inability to absorb nutrients and that is serious shit that leads to every chronic illness you can think of, especially reproductive disorders...
It requires 100% strict attention to product ingredients...
Wheat is practically in everything in the store besides eggs, fruits and vegetables and fresh meats, which is what everyone should be eating anyway...
Palak paneer I ate earlier this week in an Indian restaurant. I love this dish so much.

I usually order stuff with extra gluten! I love it!
I'm only intolerant of people who can't tolerate gluten...
I suggest you research more. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/19455131/
Believe what you want...
I'm telling you from experience and combined research...
Breaded and deep fried meat ??
That won't kill you...
That's a piece of Mahi covered in mango salsa.. Not bad..
More spaghetti and meatballs. Gone too quickly to take pics.
Oh dear.
Boiled potato, peas and a grilled rib eye. Too boring for pics.
Egg bagel, veggie cream cheese, and some yogurt. Do you really want to see that?
This was lunch. Palak paneer without the cheese this time. I am addicted to this. It's beginning to be a problem. But it's healthy, so... Why not
I made the dinner myself. I used creme fraiche in this. I am not usually "milky" in my approach to food, but I can tolerate this one dish.
I'm craving all the food we can't get around here.....Mexican.....Indian.....Thai......Viet Namese
Tiramisu made from scratch, with the exception of the lady fingers. I can't really figure out how to make those damn things yet. My cooking goals are to no longer rely on kits or mixes.
Oh yeah! I also made crêpes from scratch a couple weeks ago as well.
Here is the Tiramisu:

Looks deadly.
It should be. I used dark chocolate cocoa powder.
Peanut butter and honey sandwich. My food is boring, lol. Although I did make a kickass beef & broccoli last night.
I have a batch of my atomic chili simmering at home, jalapeño peppers and habeneros with ground sirloin and chunks of steak. Yum!
Rapberry orange banana smoothie made with lemon yoghurt. Num...
trying the super nachos from a "new" mexican joint...
Another one of those classic genius posts, sure to generate responses. You log on the next day to see what your witty gem has produced to find no one gets it and 2 knotheads want to stick their dicks in it... Well played, sir!!
hopefully
Jack Daniels pulled pork. RTE section, but damned good.
Finally the story of your deuces is coming maybe.....
