I won't bother with a picture because they're nothing special to look at it, but 2 ingredient pancakes are divine.

Just add 2 beaten eggs to a mashed banana for the batter. I added some squished blueberries and a dash of Mexican vanilla, and used coconut oil to grease the grill. The consistency is more like a crepe than a pancake. They're so good they don't need any topping.

Just ate at Jimmy Buffett's Cheeseburgers In Paradise. It was decidedly average. Had the sausage and chicken gumbo, which had about 4 ounces in a giant bowl. I could have ordered a cup of soup and saved $4 - and no corn bread to mop it up either. They also forgot about my second mojito, and when I complained they didn't offer a free drink or knock the cost of the first one off the bill. But you can bet they added the 18% gratuity to the bill. I won't be going back.

I think adding gratuity to the bill is bullshit. I tip based on the service I receive. Went for lunch with a classmate yesterday... damn service was so good it cost me an extra 20%.

Man, FUCK Jimmy Buffett and his shit restaurants! Years ago I went to the terrible margaritaville in Key West with 2 buddies and learned my lesson the hard way - for the next 5 days we were (ladies, earmuffs) shitting our brains out every 30 min or so. At first we all thought it was an isolated thing until we all asked each other about it.. It was kind of funny, but damn. So yeah, fuck that guy.
