Hello everyone. My name is Gus.
I am 48 years old and from Liverpool, England. Been a fan of Van Halen from day one. A schoolfriend saw VH supporting Sabbath and bought the Van Halen album. He taped it and when he gave me the cassette said "You HAVE to listen to this" I did and to say it absolutely blew me away is an understatement. I had never heard anything like it. Been a fan from that day onwards.
I have never seen VH live. I was too young in 79/80 and didn't make it to Donington 84. If I'd known DLR and VH were about to split it would have been a different matter.
I have only seen DLR live once and that was at Wembly on the Little Ain't Enough tour. Great show.
What more can I say? I'm a big classic rock fan but nothing beats classic (and current) VH.
