Not anything at the moment, except for magnesium.
But I can't deal with pain, I freak out and panic at slightest pain. I have been thinking about why I am so afraid of pain, and i guess that somewhere deep down I'm afraid that it will last forever, so I have to get rid of it as soon as I can with every mean possible. So as soon as I feel headache och PMS, I take two paracetamol and one advil, and I do that 3 times/day until the pain is gone. I don't take the strong stuff like aspirin, I just take a lot of the mild stuff.

Don't get me wrong, I am all for meds. And lately I have been taking Naproxen when I get PMS and that is much stronger, but the thing is you only have to take two Naproxen and they last for days.
I have never taken an Aspirin. Actually once I had a migrene attack and I felt like I wanted to die from the pain and nothing else helped so I took one, but I threw up like two minutes after I took it, so it doesn't count.
It has way too many side effects and doesn't last that long, it's just not worth it.

The problem with big pharma is that people are lazy and trust doctors blindly. You have to take responsibility for your own health and do your own research. Doctors here in Sweden are really bad, they are slow, lazy, they don't care, waiting periods are huge. So when I feel there is something wrong, I do my research, go to doctor, say something like "I have this problem, and I need following to solve it, could you please write a prescription on following medications"
And they don't care, they say something like "Sure, here you go, just stay in touch"
And I go "Sure, wait for me, I'll call you" :-)
You can call it a mutual disrespect :-) Works for me, I'd never take anything they tell me unless I know I need it.
