Excellent performance. Federer wasn't there and Murray seized the day. The double would have been sweet, but he could do some interesting work with Robson in the future.

Ben Ainsley is my 'Brit of the Olympics' so far. The steel he showed in coming back to win was immense.

Mo Farah's 10,000 win was probably the most impressive thing I've seen so far in this Olympics. Over that distance so much can change in the course of a race that can mess up any pre-race plans. It's such a battle of mind and body. His finish was truly majestic, I thought.

And, yeh - as Sesh is alluding to with Andy Murray's comment about running 400 laps in HIS training and not being able to match Farah's last lap time ... even though the commentary on UK TV, if you heard that, was going on about the pace not being that fast, it looked damn fast to me.

I take my hat off to those 10,000m guys - awesome athletes.
